Counselling and Psychotherapy
What if… Life was more fulfilling?
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck, you don’t have to face this alone.
I offer a safe, compassionate space to help you regain clarity, calm and confidence.
Right now, things might feel heavy, confusing, or stuck…
But change doesn’t have to be dramatic or overwhelming. It can begin quietly, gently with one small step…
What if your thoughts were calmer and clearer?
What if your relationships felt easier and more rewarding?
What if you felt more confident and grounded?
What if life felt more harmonious and less like a struggle?
What if you could communicate clearly and assertively — without conflict?
What if you trusted yourself again?
I would love to show you the version of you that lives this way…

Meet Paul
Hi, I’m Paul, a counsellor and psychotherapist.
I work with people who feel overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or quietly struggling beneath the surface. Many of the people I meet are strong, capable on the outside, but carrying far more than they let on.
My role is to offer a calm, steady space where you can slow things down, make sense of what’s happening inside, and gently begin to feel like yourself again. Therapy isn’t about fixing you, it’s about understanding, compassion, and rediscovering your own inner strength.
You don’t have to have the right words. You don’t have to know where to start. We’ll begin wherever you are.
My Approach
A Gentle Path from
Overwhelm to Peace
Step 1
Understanding Your Struggle
When life feels out of control, the first step is to begin making sense of what you’re feeling and why. Whether you’re facing anxiety, low mood, burnout, or something more complex like ADHD, we will work together to understand what’s going on beneath the surface.
This part of the process is not about labels or judgement — I’ll help you to meet yourself with kindness and curiosity. Often, just putting words to what’s happening can bring a deep sense of relief and calm.
Step 2
Gently Changing Unhelpful Patterns
Once we understand what’s going on, we’ll begin to explore the patterns, beliefs, and ways of thinking that may no longer be helping you. Through techniques tailored to you, we’ll uncover new ways of relating to your thoughts — often with surprising insight and compassion.
Many people discover how willing their mind is to cooperate, once it’s met with care and understanding rather than pressure or criticism.
Step 3
Building Resilience for the Road Ahead
This final step is about moving forward, not just feeling better in the moment, but learning how to stay connected to your inner strength in the long term.
You’ll leave with tools, self-awareness, and a deeper trust in your ability to navigate life’s ups and downs with greater confidence and self-compassion.
